Zbiórka osób zainteresowanych zakupem drewna w dniu 30 maja 2023 r. o godz. 900 przy stadionie w Tarnowskiej Woli. Postąpienie wynosi 1% ceny wywoławczej zaokrąglonej w górę do pełnych złotych. Drewno przeznaczone do sprzedaży można oglądać w dniu przetargu od godz. 800.
Wpłaty za zakupione drewno należy dokonać bezpośrednio po zakończeniu licytacji gotówką. Istnieje możliwość wystawienia faktury VAT po uprzednim przedstawieniu potwierdzenia wpłaty. Nabywca, który w wyznaczonym terminie nie uiścił wylicytowanej ceny traci prawo zakupu drewna. Odbiór drewna w dniu zakupu lub w terminie wyznaczonym przez prowadzącego przetarg. Po wpłacie wylicytowanej należności, kupujący zobowiązany jest do zabrania drewna z jego lokalizacji na własny koszt i we własnym zakresie w terminie wyznaczonym przez prowadzącego przetarg. Za drewno po zakończeniu licytacji odpowiada kupujący, który po wpłacie należnej kwoty staje się jego właścicielem i w pełni za nie odpowiada. Zastrzega się prawo odstąpienia od przetargu lub jego unieważnienia, bez uzasadnienia przyczyn.
